HOW DO I BUY FLOORING FROM YOU?
Use any of our contact forms on this site to tell us the type and quantity of the flooring you would like to purchase and we will send you an order confirmation and invoice for you to review. When payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and schedule a delivery day/time that works well for you. We accept all major credit cards.
Still not sure? Contact us and request recommendations, most likely from your neighbors. We'll send over as many as you'd like.
HOW DO I MEASURE AND KNOW HOW MUCH TO ORDER

We will help you determine how much material to order but generally 5% overage is plenty. 10% may be recommended if it's a custom order.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN THE DELIVERY TRUCK AND DRIVER SHOW UP?
You'll need to have cleared access to the delivery location as well as a safe way for the driver to get to it, (a ladder up to the second floor will not suffice). You'll need an area cleared of at least 10' L x 5'W. The driver will need to make several trips so please secure your pets.
Your heat should be on and set to at least 60 degrees. If drywall and/or painting is still in progress please let us know and we will cover your new flooring in plastic.
DOES OREGON SELECT WOOD FLOORS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES COME WITH A GUARANTEE?

Oregon Select Wood Floors guarantees our workmanship for installations and refinishes for a period of one year.

HOW LONG SHOULD I ACCLIMATE MY NEW FLOORING?
There are many factors to consider like the type of flooring and jobsite conditions so the amount of time will vary. Several days is a good minimum and it's always best to follow the manufacturer's directions. Contact us for more information.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR LARGER PROJECTS?
We do accept checks but will need to wait 5-7 business days upon deposit in our bank before authorizing delivery. Our mailing address is:
